This is the inaugural vintage of Sauvage Blanc, a white blend inspired by Bordeaux varietals and traditions. The Sauvignon Blanc brings crispness, while the Sémillon rounds out the flavor. Blend: Semillon 52%, Sauvignon Blanc 46%, Chardonnay 2% Cellared: 90% Stainless, 10% New French Oak
